That's it. The first part of my home buying journey is over.
The papers are signed and the keys are handed over. Small mishap for the buyer because he got married between now and when he put the house on the market. Maybe he should have let the lawyer know because his wife has to sign the papers too.
Minor inconvenience. Doesn't affect me. She has to sign the papers later today.
So now I go into part two of the journey -- the renovation.
